How to Set Up Notifications in PeakMetrics

Notifications in PeakMetrics are designed to be simple, effective, and tailored to your needs. Once set up, you’ll receive mentions from the PeakMetrics app directly in your inbox, at a cadence that works best for you.

Setting Up Notifications

  1. Access the Notifications Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings in the PeakMetrics app.
    • Select the Notifications tab.
  2. Customize Your Preferences:

    • Choose between Default Settings (for all workspaces) or configure Individual Workspace Settings for specific needs.
    • Adjust notifications for yourself or assign preferences for team members.
  3. Set Your Cadence:

    • Decide how often you want to receive notifications—hourly, every 6 hours, every 12 hours, daily, or weekly. 

Once you’ve configured your notifications, PeakMetrics will ensure you stay updated with the most relevant mentions, seamlessly integrating insights into your workflow.
