“Coordinated Behavior” Filters enable users to quickly identify sources of suspicious or malicious activity. By adding "coordinated behavior" dimensions to your dashboard, you can ensure more reliable threat assessments and improve the accuracy of narrative prioritization.
How to Apply These Filters:
- Navigate to your preferred Workspace.
- Go to Filters → Coordinated Activity.
- Choose from the options available in the menu.

Similar Messaging
- The Similar Messaging filter helps users identify when mentions within narratives contain duplicated messages, which may indicate coordinated activity.
- Narrative Cards: A Similar Messaging tag will also appear on each narrative cards to easily spot patterns of duplicated content.
- How It Works: Content is flagged as "Similar Messaging" when messages are exact duplicates.

Bot Detection
- The Bot Detection feature allows you to filter when individual social mentions are driven by potential bot accounts, streamlining analysis and allowing deeper understanding of narrative prioritization.
- Mention Cards: Mentions will show a badge in the mention feed if the account has been evaluated to potentially be a bot.
- How It Works: This feature detects when specific accounts are posting with a high-frequency.
- State Sponsored:
- The State-Sponsored filter highlights sources to quickly spot adversarial and partner messaging.
- How it works: This filters for a subset of sources identified as state-sponsored. This is a proprietary list developed and maintained by PeakMetrics Insights Team. - Step 2: Review the total number of mentions.
- Step 3: Use the Coordinated Activity Filters to explore how many mentions are driven by coordinated behavior.

- Step 1: Navigate to Filters → Coordinated Activity → Bot Detection → Highly Likely.
- Step 2: The filters will automatically update the Dynamic AI-Generated Summary in your workspace.
- Step 3: Quickly review insights about bot account messaging and activity trends.
