Use the Accounts page to change your email, reset your password, or upgrade your account.

Change Email

  • First, go to app.peakmetrics.com/account

  • Next, click "Change Email"

  • Then enter your new email

  • Check your inbox for an email from PeakMetrics with the subject "Your verification code"

  • Finally, enter that verification code in the form and press confirm

  • Done! Your email is now updated.

Reset Password

  • First, go to app.peakmetrics.com/account

  • Next, click "Forgot / Change Password"

  • Next, select "I forgot or need to change my password"

  • Confirm your username and press next

  • Check your email for a confirmation code, paste that into the form and create a new password

  • Done! You can now login with your new password
